Eligibility
- Charity nomination forms must be submitted to Pickaway County Community Foundation at info@yourpccf.org for the charity to be eligible for donations. Charity must be a 501(c)3 or associated with a 501(c)3.
- Non-profits will remain on the eligibility list until they ask to be removed, or they are deemed not eligible to participate because of a change in their status.
- Two years must pass for the current donation recipient to be reconsidered for the next round of giving.
- The purpose is for 100% of the contributions to stay in Pickaway County.
- The winning organization must agree NOT to use the donor’s names for future solicitations, nor give the information out to the public.
- The recipient of the November donations will be asked to present a brief update on the utilization of the funds at the March gathering. Likewise, the recipient of the March gathering will be asked to present at the November gathering.
Participants
- Participants must sign the membership form to be eligible to vote.
- The Pickaway County 100+ Women Who Care participants will receive the names of those presenting prior to the November and March meetings to conduct additional research, if they so choose, to educate themselves beyond the information the charity may have time to provide during their presentations.
- Following the presentations, participants will vote by ballot and the majority rules. Even if the recipient is not your choice, all participants agree to donate the $100. All checks go to one charity. A buddy system can be developed for those that find $100 difficult to donate. Two people can partner ($50/each) to come up with one membership and one vote.
- Checks and money orders are preferred; however, cash will be accepted. Credit cards will not be accepted. Donations greater than $100, or donations to the charities that did not win the majority vote, are acceptable but not expected.
- If you are unable to attend any given meeting during the year, you may give your check with a proxy vote to another participant that will be attending.
- Participants acknowledge that photographs and videos taken at events and meetings my include their image and may be used in promotional materials for Pickaway County 100+ Women Who Care.
- If a participant wishes to no longer take part in the Pickaway County 100+ Women Who Care, an email stating so should be sent to info@yourpccf.org or mailed to PCCF, 770 North Court Street, Circleville, OH 43113.

- Meetings will be kept to one hour.
