Community Action Day is an opportunity for people across Pickaway County to come together, lend a hand, and make a visible difference in the community.
Local businesses and organizations are invited to submit projects that could benefit from volunteer support during Community Action Day. Projects may include needs such as painting, general cleaning, basic repairs, lawn care, and other hands-on improvements.
Organizations interested in participating are encouraged to submit a project request describing the work that needs to be completed and how volunteers could help. Submitted projects will be reviewed by Community Action Day category leaders. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a project will be selected, and participating businesses or organizations are responsible for providing any materials or covering expenses associated with the project.
Community Action Day is designed to connect willing volunteers with meaningful local needs while strengthening the organizations and spaces that serve Pickaway County every day.
