PCCF is joined forces with Touched by Cancer to present the first Clays for the Community. This event was a clay target shooting sporting event that featured the ability for amateur or experts to shoot at 15 different stations. The event involved shooting clay targets from various locations launched at different velocities and angles.
Experience was not necessary. The event began with safety instructors providing introductory lessons, demonstrating safe and responsible gun handling and answering shooting questions. This event was designed so that even if you were a novice, you could come and enjoy it. Loaner guns were available along with golf courts and a beautiful and fun scenery along the Big Darby Creek. Following the event the participants and guests were treated to a meal.
PCCF also had a gun raffle of a Citori CXS which was won by Chris Parker.
