The 2012 Pickaway Leadership Fellows spent an intensive 48 hours in Washington DC to conclude their leadership development program on April 24-26.
The Pickaway Fellows discussed the budget and deficit spending, the upcoming Farm Bill, trade with China, public/private business ventures, as well as impacts to county government. In addition, the group visited the Embassy of New Zealand where the Fellows had the opportunity to discuss many different subjects with diplomats and lobbyists from New Zealand.
